You can now print out a new client form from our website.  Just click on 'New Client Form' on the left, then on New Client Form in the middle of the page.  Print out the form, fill it out, and bring it with you to your appointment.

You may also request a prescription refill on the website.  Just click on 'Other Features' on the left, then 'Rx Refills'.  Fill out the form, key in the verification code, then click on 'Submit the Form'.  The clinic will be notified by e-mail of your request.  When the request has been approved and the refill is ready, you will be notified by phone or e-mail.

If you have a new cat, whether you are a current Metro Cat Clinic client or not, go to ''Money Saving Coupon' on the left and print out the coupon to use on your first visit for this kitty.
